We are currently experiencing strong organic growth, which is why we need to hire a laboratory technician for our Lorca plant.
What we are looking for:
- More than 1 year of experience in analytical quality control.
- Knowledge of basic laboratory techniques, sampling, and traceability.
- Adaptability.
- Teamwork.
- Accuracy and care in the examination and analysis of samples.
- Proactivity and the ability to record and track data

Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory analysis tasks to ensure proper process control.
- Verify that operators are collecting samples correctly, ensuring traceability and quality.
- Verify that operators are collecting and labeling samples correctly.
- Conducting basic laboratory analyses (pH, FOSTAC, REDOX, conductivity, nitrogen, total solids, volatile solids, etc.).
- Recording and tracking results in internal systems or databases.
- Coordination with external laboratories for specialized testing.
- Interpretation of external test results.
- Management and organization of laboratory supplies and reagents.
- Basic maintenance and cleaning of laboratory equipment.
- Calibration of laboratory equipment.
- Compliance with safety protocols and good laboratory practices (GLP).
