In compliance with Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report breaches of regulations and the fight against corruption, Fivebioenergy has set up a confidential and secure Whistleblower Channel to report possible legal breaches, conduct contrary to the company's internal regulations or ethically reprehensible actions.

This channel is aimed at all persons professionally linked to Fivebioenergy, including: employees, trainees (interns, traineeship students or volunteers), candidates in selection processes, former employees, suppliers, subcontractors and their employees, partners, members of the board of directors, as well as third parties who maintain a direct professional relationship with the organization.

Communications may be made anonymously or identified, at the choice of the informant, and will be handled exclusively by authorized personnel, with all the guarantees of confidentiality, absence of reprisals and respect for the right of defense.
